John is a pioneer in leadership in the banking and financial industry, having worked with top financial institutions such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo bank, John trained and mentored many young professionals in the banking sector and inspired them to be great leaders in their own worlds.

John is one of the founding members of ALMA, and he continues to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience into the organization.

Rebecca has a passion for teaching people in her community about topics that impact their lives and the lives of their family members.

Bringing in her passion for community education and awareness campaign, Pam adds value to ALMA and elevates its standings amongst the top academies to higher level.

Pam specializes in educating disadvantage young people and troubled teenagers and it is her contribution to ALMA’s mission that makes it such an honor to have her on the team.

Research Manager for the North America desk at the Armed Conflict Location and Event Dataset project (ACLED):

• Team Management: Oversees team of about a dozen researchers and handles onboarding process

• Data Review: Ensures premium quality, accurate, and robust data for ACLED on the United States. Conducts regular methodological reviews on coding and sourcing practices. Maintains integrity of source lists.

• Research & Analysis: Identifies areas to research and conduct analysis and liaises with Research Director on US-specific research.
